Short Poetry Collection

 It's been a while since I last updated, and my April poetry challenge is complete. During the last week it was a struggle to keep up. Since the rules of the challenge didn't specify how long the poem should be, I often took refuge in shorter poetry.  During that time, I explored a lot of new poetry forms. This is a collection of three short poems with an explanation of their type. If you want me to do another one like these, let me know in the comments section below!

Cinquain


My poem: 
  Social reject
  Weird, Outlandish
  Confusing, Ripping, Ignoring
  All those social norms
  Different

Nonet
-The first line is 9 syllables, the second one is 8 syllables, the third is 7 syllables.... all the way to the ninth line, which is 1 syllable.

My poem:'Boys'
  Those who went to a girl's school will know
  It just really messes you up
  You're not ready for the world
  Especially not for
  The strange, exotic,
  Crazy creatures
  The world likes
  To call
  Boys

Gogyohka
-Just 5 different phrases

My poem: 'Changing Earrings'
  An OJ spill
  Changing outfits
  Back to the party
  Fresh green dress
  Blue earrings
